Every price on this page includes VAT. There is no call-out charge and no hourly rate — you pay to have the fault found, and you pay to have it fixed.
Repairs
The total is what you pay if the appliance is repaired on the visit. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you pay the diagnosis only.

Worth knowing before you book
More than one appliance at the same address. Each appliance is diagnosed and charged separately, with £10 off the diagnosis of every appliance after the first.
Parking and the congestion charge. Where the engineer has to pay to park at your address, or to enter the congestion zone, that cost is added to your invoice and shown as a separate line. Nothing else is added.
Parts. The prices above cover labour. If a part is needed, it is quoted separately before it is ordered, and our engineers carry the parts that fail most often so many repairs are finished on the first visit.
Quotes. A written quote holds for 15 days.
