Tell us what is wrong
Call us or send the form with the appliance, the make and what it is doing. We book a slot that suits you.

We diagnose it on site
The engineer finds the fault and tells you exactly what putting it right will cost, before any work begins.

You decide
Say yes and we repair it, usually there and then from the parts on the van. If it cannot be saved, or you would rather replace it, you pay for the diagnosis only.

Tenanted properties, handled without the chasing
We work with agencies and landlords across London on managed properties. Prices agreed in advance, one office to deal with, appointments booked directly with your tenant, and a written note of what the engineer found and what it cost — so you can pass it straight to the landlord. If you look after a portfolio, we will set you up on account terms.
